INFORMATION FOR CONSUMERS ABOUT THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 30 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 30 days from the day on which you acquired the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by traditional mail or email). You can send the statement, for example:

• electronically via email to the address: sklep@ole.pl

A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is also available on the Online Store's website in the "Return of goods and money" tab. You can use the withdrawal form template (this speeds up and facilitates the handling of your case), but it is not mandatory.

To preserve the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the expiration of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by us), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.

If you have received an item, please return or send it to us at: OLE.PL Magazine, ul. Fryderyka Chopina 58, 38-300 Gorlice, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you return the item before the 14-day period expires. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from using it in a way other than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

CONDITIONAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR ENTREPRENEURS
1.1. Regardless of the provisions of point 10 of the Regulations, Entrepreneurs have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons on the terms indicated in this point of the Regulations.
1.2. Within the framework of the contractual right of withdrawal from the Agreement, the entrepreneur may withdraw from the Agreement and return the Product within 30 days from the date of receiving the Product.
1.3. The Product returned by the entrepreneur must not be damaged and should not show signs of use. The Product should have its original, complete and undamaged packaging, as well as the necessary documentation.
1.4. The right of withdrawal from the Agreement does not apply to entrepreneurs in relation to Agreements in which the subject of performance is a Product delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery.
